Join us for New year’s Special Trek n Camping to our favorite spot near Navi Mumbai, Prabalmachi.
Located very close to Mumbai, Prabalmachi serves as the base village for famous Sahyadri treks of Prabalgad and Kalavantin forts.!
Prabalmachi camping is quite easy that you can spend some really good times with your family and friends for a quick weekend getaway in a cold pleasant climate.
So leave behind the city chaos, spend some relaxing time at Prabalmachi base village & wake up to mesmerizing views of the valley.

🔺 Itinerary:
Day 01:
16.00 Hrs: Meeting point at Panvel railway station
Move Thakurwadi base village by Tumtum/ auto/ taxi
17:15 Hrs: At Thakurwadi- Base village
Introduction round
Start ascend (~2 hrs)

21:00 Hrs: At Prabalmachi
Relish delicious home made meal for Dinner
Post Dinner – Night Walk and camp fire with lots of stories and gossips
00.00 Hrs: Celebrate n Welcome to New Year 2025

Day 02:
05:00 Hrs: Wake up to beautiful views
and get ready for the most thrilling trek of Sahyadri – Kalawantin Durg (Optional)**

08:30 Hrs: Start descend
9.30 Hrs: Have breakfast at Prabalmachi and check out from campsite
11:00 Hrs – At base village
Move to Panvel station by public transport
12:00 Hrs – At Panvel station
We would be getting back to Mumbai at approx 13.00 Hrs (That’s Subjective)

🔺 Things to carry:
* ID proof
* Face Mask (must)
* Hand Sanitizer (must)
* Min. 3 liters water (must)
* Good trekking shoes preferably Action or good grip sports shoes
* Sleeping mat will be provided.
* Torch for night trek
* Ready to eat food (biscuits, plum cake, chips etc.)
* Rainywear (optional)
* Extra pair of clothes (optional)
* Energy drink (ex. Glucon D)
* Cap, sunglasses, scarf
* A haversack to put in all the things to be carried. (Please do not bring suitcases or sling bags/ jholas)
* Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)
* Camera (optional)
* Please try to wear track pants and a full sleeve t-shirt
* Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments
* Collect all garbage and carry back we will dispose it in city.

**Notes: Please keep in mind that we shall change our policies and procedures based on Government regulations in future. As you know, there can be last-minute announcements and we will have to follow them. However, we shall try to abide by the Government rules keeping in mind the welfare of our trekkers.

▪️ RULES & REGULATIONS:
* Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited at the time of event
* No plastic littering
* Wear full sleeves, full tracksuit to avoid mosquito bite or leeches
* Proper footwear/ shoes are essential for trekking
* Conserve and preserve our heritage
* Photographs taken during the activity which can be used for publicity purposes
* Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety, Jewellery, Cash and baggage

🔺 Terms & Conditions:
* We reserves all right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice
* No Extra adventure/out of itinerary behavior during trek
* Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding
* TraWell Amigos will not be responsible for injury / accident / death of the participants
* Any damage to the property will be chargeable
* 50% refund in case if you cancel the plan and inform us 7 days before the event day
* No refund if the cancellation request is less than 4 days
* No Show No Refund
* Bookings cannot be transferred to another date nor it will be transferred to another person against cancellation
